Craemer plastic pallets are a good investment for use inside the factory for storage and transportation purposes, as well as pooling. They satisfy all demands for economy, durability and capacity to support heavy loads just as well in their use in high-bay warehouses or on automatic conveyor systems. Whether for use in the food, automobile or numerous other industries the Craemer plastic pallets program always provides an economic basis for logistics.

A range of different dimensions

The program includes plastic pallets in the European size (800 x 1200), in the industry-size (1000 x 1200) half-size plastic pallets (600x800) and special sizes such as: the double plastic pallet (1200x1600), for example.

High quality material of one sort

Besides plastic pallets made of unmixed HDPE or polypropylene, Craemer has also various plastic pallets regenerated from regranulated HDPE on offer. For special purposes Craemer manufactures also “conductive” plastic pallets which are not electrically charged.

Innovations

Using the 868 MHz UHF transponder technology, each CR1 and CR3 plastic pallet is supplied with two integrated chips.

This plastic pallets with integrated transponders are branded with PalControl and the perfect link to RFID-technologie. PalControl is Craemer's concept which includes customer service, transport of load carriers as well as integration of RFID-technology into the customer's logistic system.

Palpool is a web portal-based plastic pallet management solution for closed loop systems based on RFID technology. The core business is the pooling of high-quality, individualized plastic pallets.
