The high quality standard of our products and services provides the firm basis for our Company’s successful long-term development, and therefore for satisfied customers as well as for secure jobs.
This principle is applied to every area at every single Craemer premises. It finds its expression in the operative area of quality assurance, which includes every process from quality planning up to quality control and inspection of the final products. Their compliance with the high demands on quality is again ensured by qualified and highly motivated employees who work with the aid of modern equipment.
Every internal process is also annually reviewed and its system as well as customer orientation certified by an accredited organisation, i.e. the TÜV Management Service GmbH in Germany. The certification and comprehensive process documentation in the company’s manual already exist since 1994. At the same time, Craemer’s Management System stays abreast of every normative and structural amendment as the respective measures for adaptation are always taken immediately.
