1. Use of this website:
All content (text, images and informational content) on the Paul Craemer GmbH website and/or other Craemer Group company websites are protected by copyright. All rights reside with Paul Craemer GmbH. Any reproduction, subsequent use or publication of any part of this website – even if the content is altered − requires in all cases prior agreement or permission applying to a specified purpose and is not otherwise permitted.
2. Links:
Websites of Paul Craemer GmbH and/or Craemer-Gruppe companies include links to websites from other providers (companies, organisations or towns). Neither Paul Craemer GmbH nor Craemer-Gruppe companies are responsible the content of external sites reached via these links. Should it come to our attention that such external websites include illegal content, then the link will be deleted, so long as it is reasonable and technically possible to do so.
Furthermore, we are in no way responsible for the content of Internet sites which contain links to our websites.
3. Download:
Download of any data from our website is carried out at your own risk. Paul Craemer GmbH and/or Craemer Group companies are not liable for damage arising from the download itself or any use made of the data stored. In spite of up-to-date virus scans, any liability within the context of legal provisions for damage or adverse effects caused by computer viruses is precluded.
4. Guarantees and liability:
Every care has been taking in compiling the information on our website. Paul Craemer GmbH and/ or Craemer Group companies have also taken every effort to ensure that the information on the website is up-to-date. Even so, Paul Craemer GmbH and/ or Craemer Group companies do not give any guarantee regarding the completeness, accuracy or suitability of this information for any given use. Use is made of the content available through the websites entirely at your own risk.
If in the course of using the services offered on the websites, you send personal data or information to Paul Craemer GmbH and/ or Craemer Group companies, please note that Paul Craemer GmbH and/ or Craemer Group companies are not responsible for any consequences which result, no matter of what kind.
5. Collection and processing of data
We endeavour to collect and/or process personal data, in accordance with § 3a of the BDSG (German Data Protection Act) only to the extent this is necessary to provide our products and services. In this respect, the following apply:
- When websites are accessed via the Internet, the IP no. of the computer accessing the site is visible. The identity of the computer user is not made known however; it will not be ascertained or stored.
- It is possible to access our websites without entering any personal information. In the case of individual information services however, we need your name and further personal data. The input of this data is carried out by you personally, as the relevant party. In this respect, only such data will be requested which is necessary for carrying out the exchange of information (e.g. name, address and other information if required).
- We give the assurance that, in accordance with provision on specified purpose in the BDSG, information is only used for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Secret methods (eg. use of „cookies“) are not used to collect personal data at any time. We do not create any user profiles or carry out any other data evaluation, such as evaluation of user behaviour). The only exceptions to this are e.g. anonymous, general statistics.
- Your data is handled confidentially. We undertake to adhere to the legal provisions on data protection and also to handle your data in a responsible way, as a matter of course,.
- The use and forwarding of your data only takes place within the context of information exchange between you and Paul Craemer GmbH and/ or Craemer Group companies, as well as their business partners. In the case of contact queries (nationally or abroad), we reserve the right to forward your data directly to the business partner responsible in the region in question. You may withdraw our right to forward this data at any time. We would also like to use your data to inform you of products and services. Naturally, participation in such activities is voluntary. If you do not consent to this, then you can inform us in writing so that we can block your data accordingly.
- Your data is not be forwarded to any third parties, with the exception of service providers acting on behalf of Paul Craemer GmbH.
- Applications received on-line are forwarded internally to the personal department for checking and processing. This means that the application data is stored and retained by us for a limited period so that we can contact you at a later stage. Naturally, you can withdraw our right to store this data at any time.
6. Data security:
We give the assurance that we take all necessary technical and organisational measures (in particular those in accordance with § 9 BDSG) in order to ensure adequate security for your personal data. Furthermore, your personal data is protected on principle, in accordance with the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG – German Data Protection Act). When you are requested via our contact page to enter personal data, we indicate that the transfer of this data via the Internet is unsecured and that it is possible that non-authorised persons may take note of or even tamper with your data
We hereby expressly drawn your attention to the rights to which you are entitled as the relevant party, in accordance with §§ 33 et seq. BDSG and in particular the right of access to personal data which we have stored, in accordance with § 34 paragraph 1 BDSG.
7. Deletion of data
We will immediately delete the personal data we have stored if you or the relevant party requests that we do so, unless legal requirements prevent us from doing so. Should you wish to request deletion of personal data, please inform us by post, fax 05245/43-420* or e-mail (datenschutz@craemer.de).
